For Serving:

Taco-sized tortillas: 8–10 (corn or flour)

Toppings: Some extra cilantro, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, avocado slices.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Potion 1: Spice Rub to Fish and Cook

1., Dry the fish until it’s dry, and then rub some olive oil on it.

For the second separate small bowl, mix in chili powder with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. It should be sprayed on the both side of the fish.

Add the skillet to heat on a medium range. If you are using frozen fish, make sure to flesh on the side for three minutes, and then flip it around. Place the fish on the light fork press and apply, then set aside with some lime juice drizzled onto it from the outside.

Potion 2: Prepare the Slaw

Shred the cabbage, carrots and coriander, and mix with a bowl. Now lets get to working with the slaw.

Start tossing the lime juice and a pinch of salt to proceeds. You can adjust the taste as you like.

Potion 3: Make the Sauce

Throwing a cup, adding sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice and if you’d go for it hot sauce in it, and mix it together.

Potion 4: Warp the Tortillas

Place tortillas in microwave on covered pizza place or heat soft in oven.

Potion 5: Assemble the Tacos

Take a portion of fish, lay 2 tortillas on the table and lay it on each tortilla. First add ‘scooped up’ slaw to the fish, and drizzle it with your favorite sauce.

The Perfect Fish Tacos advice

Pick the Correct Fish: Best result uses a mild, flaky white fish.

Adjust the Spice: If you want your taco to be hot add some more hot sauce, jalapanos or drops of chili flakes..

Enjoy It Sanitized: Lime juice added to fresh vegetables give eye opening flavors.

Do not be Shrinking the Fish: If you are grilling the fish, prepare it in a skillet because when you grill, you get a smoky taste. If not, do as the previous instruction.
